The sales rep at Walmart was very accommodating and interested in helping me, along with wanting to make a sale and just can't understand why your store treated me so badly. I left your store and went to Walmart and they're-banned my glasses with no issues and said they will hold up just fine, and also purchased new glasses. She went back to the tech and came back to me again very rude and loud and said we can't fix them. they were just going to be used as a spare because I was buying new glasses and it wouldn't be a problem if they didn't hold up. She told me the tech said the frames were old and most likely would not hold up. if they could re-band the lens and she said she didn't think so, but would ask.
The frame did not get damaged and just needed re-band to hold the lens in place. The band that holds the bottom part of the lens snapped apart when I accidentally sat on the glasses.
